Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. What this is
Clarity Credit provides self-directed credit dispute software. The service is a tool: it reads the credit report you upload, drafts dispute letters based on your selections, and organizes your dispute rounds. You review, approve, sign, and send your own disputes. Clarity Credit is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a credit repair organization — we do not perform credit repair services on your behalf.
2. Your free alternative
You do not need this software to dispute information on your credit report. You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information yourself, for free, by contacting each credit bureau directly (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion accept disputes online and by mail) and by contacting the furnisher of the information.
3. No guarantees
Results depend on the contents of your credit file and the responses of the credit bureaus and furnishers. Clarity Credit does not guarantee that any item will be removed or that any score will improve. Illustrations of possible outcomes shown on this site are examples only.
4. Accurate information only
The software is designed to help you dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. You agree not to use it to dispute information you know to be accurate, and you are responsible for the truthfulness of every statement in the letters you send.
5. Subscription and billing
Access is billed as a monthly software subscription (currently $77/month, shown at checkout). Optional print-and-mail fulfillment is billed separately per letter at the price shown before you confirm. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
6. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate identity information. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to access other users’ data, or to resell access without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Credit and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
