- Is this legal?
- Yes. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information on their credit report. This software helps you draft those disputes yourself — you sign them, you mail them, the bureaus respond to you.
- What kind of report do I upload?
- The software reads a 3-bureau (3B) credit monitoring report. It's the format the engine is tuned for. If you don't have an account, we'll point you to one during sign-up.
- How fast do I see results?
- Bureaus have 30 days under FCRA to investigate each dispute. Most deletions happen between Round 1 and Round 3 — so anywhere from 30 to 90 days after you mail your first round.
- What happens to the data I upload?
- Your credit report is read once for letter generation, then deleted. Your ID, Social Security card, and proof of address stay on file (encrypted) only as long as needed to attach to each round of letters, then they're removed.
- Why is this so much cheaper than the big credit-repair services?
